along with a new year comes a new (or refurbished) set of plans and hopes and dreams. we have our share of those freshly posted on a bulletin board somewhere.
one of the plans is to beef up our support system. we will add a section to the website for support documentation/faq/how-to — the client’s questions and our answers. hopefully, things will just get answered once and the clients will just refer to the documentation the next time around. we think we can mod (or not) wordpress to do this.
another is to have more time for online support. this probably be harder to implement but, let’s see.
