there are two ways to block spam in outlook express. the first one is the easiest.

1. click on the e-mail message (spam)
2. on the menu, click on message, block sender (shown below)

the other way involves more steps but equally easy to do.

on the menu, click on tools, message rules, block senders list as shown below:

the block senders list dialog box will appear:

to add an e-mail address or a whole domain name to the block senders list click on add and the dialog box below would appear:

you’d have to add each e-mail addresses or domain name you want to block into the dialog box above.
