reconnecting network drives at logon
to have your network drives automatically be reconnected when you logon to your computer:
- double-click on my computer
- click on tools - map network drive. you will see a dialog box like the one below:
- choose a drive letter from the drop down menu
- specify the server name and share name using the format as shown in the example
- the “reconnect at logon” must be checked like shown.
- click on finish
next time you logon to your computer you should see in the my computer folder a drive with the mappings you gave above.
