unblocking an e-mail address
we showed you how to block e-mail (or spam) from an e-mail address. if you made a mistake and blocked a “friendly” e-mail address, here’s how to take it out of the blocked senders list:
in outlook express, click on tools - message rules - blocked senders list as shown below:
you should see this dialog box after clicking:
look for the e-mail address that you want to unblock and check the box under column named “mail” and then click on remove. outlook express will ask for confirmation so click on yes.
and that’s it. you can now accept e-mail again from that address.
