blocking spam using outlook express

there are two ways to block spam in outlook express. the first one is the easiest.

click on the e-mail message (spam)
on the menu, click on message, block sender (shown below)

the other way involves more steps but equally easy to do.
on the menu, click on tools, message rules, block senders list as shown below:

this is the most common “call for help” message i receive. users expect system administrators to automagically know what the error is about and are usually expected to fix the problem a few minutes after the error comes up.
