acid2 test and my browsers
i thought of putting the browsers installed in my computer to the acid2 test by the web standards project (wasp). they made a web page that should be rendered in a browser like the screen shot of reference page shown below. this test will show if the browsers i’m using has proper support for web standards. one caveat though, this is not a compliance test. as it says in the wasp site, “acid2 does not guarantee conformance with any specification”. its just there to help browser vendors. more info on the wasp site.
i just wanted to see how my browsers stack up and i figured it would be interesting. and it was.
