i finally got a taste of the new yahoo mail web interface. it looks a lot like outlook/outlook express/eudora — like a real e-mail app — and the new interface is slicker than the old one. although there are a handful of “coming soon” features, the thing is very usable already. as of this writing, the new interface only works on the free yahoo accounts. business mail users would still have to use the old interface. unfortunately i have a handful of bizmail accounts that i have to access everyday so my use the new interface would be limited.

i just found out that it complains when you have a screen resolution of less than 1024×768 although it will try to fit everything in 800×600.
