it happened a couple of days ago. i was downloading something and i noticed that my traffic graphs started hitting 40+ kbps max. hmmm…. did pldt finally decide to do something right? so to check, i downloaded an iso of knoppix (696 meg, 1 file). here’s what i found out:

my download of the knoppix iso got me an average of 45+ kbps. wow! finally!

i just hope that this is permanent rather than someone playing around with the system.
