That they use text speak when e-mailing you. For me, to a certain degree, text speak's acceptable when communicating via SMS. Limited number of characters per SMS and all (and maybe load as well). Pero grabe na talaga kapag maski sa e-mail text speak pa rin. Gives me a headache. You know what’s worse? That they use text speak when e-mailing you.
