i’ve been stuck with wordpress 2.0.2 for the longest time while version 2.2.2 came out about two weeks ago (as of this writing). its frustrating to wait for yahoo! to upgrade to the latest version.

i dislike waiting. immensely.

so i decided to try my luck at upgrading a wp 2.0.2 to version 2.2.2.

it took some time and a couple of tries on a test wordpress installation but it worked!

i want to do some more testing first on the test install before attempting to upgrade this blog.

i’ll tell you all about it.
