sharp came out with an lcd with embedded optical sensors. its still a bit small — half a vga screen — but it will eventually get to a size we are normally accustomed to. think about it for a moment. you will actually “look” at the person you’re having a video conference with instead of that camera beside the monitor.
or see the face of the person you’re hacking. cool and scary.
