every once in a while i get a really long e-mail (or chain e-mail) from a friend or co-worker. i usually have to press the page-down key several times to reach the actual message which is usually very short. everything else before the message are the e-mail addresses where the message has been forwarded to [...]

it happened to me before, new computer for new personnel. both comes in the same day. after a week the computer is doing blue screens and memory dumps at least three times a day. it took a couple of hours of diagnostics, a week to replace the bad memory module and a couple of days [...]
