i felt that the header image of the blog site was a little “empty/unbalanced” with only the title and subtitle on the upper left hand corner. so i decided to move the pages section from the sidebar to the header.
the layout work is done by css and php took car of plugging in the page [...]
i’ve started adding some pages namely the services page which is still in the process of being made and the contact page.
i found that going to certain posts can be a little hard so i did some php sharpening and tinkered with the theme. the main blog pages are now listing the 10 latest posts [...]
i’ve decided to take the default wordpress theme (kubrick) and mash and smash it to my liking. its a little bit more tedious than adapting a “canned” theme but then again i have an opportunity to relearn php and sharpen my css. nothing wrong with a little learning, is there?

i’m still messing around with my chosen template in the blog. i changed the sidebar titles, changed the links, added this and that, removed the profile section and replaced the “<<” with an icon at the bottom part of each post.
